Decks and outside
- South deck – Providing access to the front door, this long narrow space is covered to shelter from rain and sun. It is furnished with a Parisian cafe table for two and a hammock ideal to escape the midday sun with a book.
- North deck – A vast and long space leading out from the living room and the ground floor bedrooms, this area is furnished at one end with a teak dining table and at the other a bohemian seating set overlooking the north and east valleys. This area is framed with a steel pergola over which ornamental grapes are being trained. Until they do, protection from the sun is provided by shade cloth.
